Return and Cancellation Policy

At Wheelchair Vans Inc., we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, however, you find yourself dissatisfied with your order, we have a straightforward return and cancellation policy in place to assist you.


  • You may return your items for a prompt refund or exchange if you are dissatisfied with your order.
  • Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
  • Items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be refunded via a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Our aim is to provide a seamless service experience, and if the need arises for a cancellation, we are here to assist you.
  • Wheelchair Vans Inc. accepts cancellations of orders for factory-sealed, unopened, new merchandise within 10 days of the customer's receipt of the product.

Processing Time:

  • All returns and cancellations will be processed within 30 days after receipt, provided the outlined conditions are met.

Important Information:

  • Wheelchair Vans Inc. does not accept any return without a valid Return Authorization Number. Please call 1-949-664-1146 for a Return Authorization Number.
  • Customers will be responsible for paying a 20% restocking fee for any returned non-defective merchandise, along with shipping costs to and from the customer.
  • Returned merchandise must be shipped no later than 10 days after the issuance of a Return Authorization.
  • Please note that there are no returns accepted on part orders and vehicle purchases.

Documentation and Packaging:

  • All returns must include a detailed written description of the defect or problem, along with instructions on how to replicate it or why the item is being returned.
  • Merchandise must include all factory-packed accessories in the original carton. Incomplete returns will receive a credit reflecting any missing accessories.
